Challenge

Cofabel, a leading dealer network, recognised that they hadn't fully tapped into their growth potential, especially in the realms of digital marketing and lead generation. Adapting to the fast-evolving digital landscape was a challenge they needed to address.

Our role

Stretch Innovation served as the strategic partner, providing guidance and implementing digital marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and improve conversion rates. They were instrumental in reshaping Cofabel's digital landscape.

Approach

We began the project with a kick-off session to establish clear goals. Our objective was to enhance Cofabel's business. To achieve this, we closely collaborated with the Cofabel team to understand their offline channels and market situation.

We implemented advanced tracking tools to measure digital campaign performance, and we set up Facebook and Google ad accounts for effective online advertising.

Our market research, utilising tools like Semrush, Ubersuggest, FB Library, Similarweb, and Buzzsumo, gave us insights into the market, competitors, and potential opportunities.

We used the Pirate Funnel framework to understand the customer journey and optimised Cofabel's sales funnel through Funnel Hacking.

To drive growth, we conducted an ideation workshop, uncovering new opportunities using converging and diverging techniques. We also utilised cutting-edge growth hacking tools and frameworks to accelerate Cofabel's growth journey.

After an intensive period of effort, a concluding meeting was held, bringing together all relevant stakeholders from Cofabel and Stretch. Findings and recommendations were discussed, and a path forward was established. With this innovative approach, Cofabel fully harnessed its growth potential. Through continuous experimentation and data-driven decision-making, they not only attracted customers but also retained and nurtured them.

This transformation marked a significant milestone in Cofabel's journey towards digital growth and competitiveness.
