Customer satisfaction is high, with an average score of 4.17 out of 5—especially strong for the Marketing service at 4.67. Clients have shown a clear willingness to reuse the services and demonstrate increased loyalty. Operational inefficiencies have been significantly reduced through targeted financial insights, and a strong business case has been established for indirect revenue growth through increased customer spend.
