As a Junior Growth Hacker, you will support clients in optimizing their growth strategies through data-driven decision-making, market analysis, and experimentation. You will work across multiple industries, set up tracking tools, and continuously learn to refine marketing tactics.

Responsibilities

Client Collaboration: Work with B2B, B2C, and e-commerce clients to enhance their growth strategies.

Strategy Development: Formulate and execute data-driven growth objectives.

Data Analysis: Evaluate website analytics, marketing efforts, and market trends to drive growth.

Experimentation: Set up and optimize growth hack experiments.

Tracking & Optimization: Implement data tracking tools for better insights.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in growth hacking.

Skills

Team Player: Enjoys brainstorming and collaborating with colleagues.

Analytics Expertise: Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, Optimizely, Semrush, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.

Advertising Knowledge: Experience in setting up ads on Meta, LinkedIn, Google, or other platforms.

Marketing & Communication Background: Solid foundation in digital marketing strategies.

Experience: At least one year in a similar role.
