New legislation prohibiting non-permeable concrete created both a challenge and an opportunity. Anders Beton needed to rapidly build awareness of their alternative solutions and generate a new revenue stream, starting from zero leads and no digital marketing infrastructure.

The result
Phase 1 took them from 5 leads a week to 10+ a day across Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads. Phase 2 scaled the system into a repeatable engine, and the conversion rates climbed with the volume.
