An Innovative Digital Transformation Roadmap
The Challenge
Our client is an established market leader in Belgium and worldwide in facility management. In a difficult and competitive market, our client wants to invest in innovation of its services. To prepare themselves, they want to accelerate their digital transformation. The client counts on us to assist them in the development of a digital transformation vision and strategy, in order to guide them to the future of facility management.
Our Role
Developing a digital transformation strategy, whilst aligning key figures in the organisation.
Our Approach
In order to develop the digital transformation vision and strategy for our client, it was crucial to align different important stakeholders and other parts of the organisation on the same vision:
- We conducted a series of interviews to understand how the organisation works today and what digital transformation incentives exist today.
- The current blocking factors for digitalisation at the organisation-wide level were mapped.
- During an innovation workshop with our client, we shared key concepts for successful digital transformation.
- We held vision exercises to align the vision amongst different organisational members.
- As a final result, we created a high level digital transformation roadmap.
