You are a team player, and you like to discuss new ideas with your colleagues

You have min. 2 years of experience in growth hacking or marketing

You can handle a fast pace and are able to meet tight deadlines

You live to get things growing and done

You have basic knowledge of most growth hacking fields, and are an expert in some: SEA, SEO, Social Advertising, Data & Analytics, Landing pages, CRO, A/B testing, lead magnets, marketing automation...

You have used marketing tools before such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Unbounce, Keyword Planner, ActiveCampaign, Phantom Buster, Zapier, Canva, Semrush...

You have experience in market and competitor analysis

You are great at building strategic, well-designed PowerPoint presentations

You are not afraid to fail (failure = learning), and you are prepared to improve your weaknesses.
