As a Senior Growth Strategist, you’ll lead high-impact projects that shape how companies grow. From audit to execution, you’ll own the strategy and the results.

This isn’t a hands-off role. You’ll co-build with founders and marketing teams, solve tough challenges, and guide companies toward scalable, sustainable growth.

Overview

We’re looking for someone who’s done this before - but wants to do it better.

As a Senior Growth Strategist, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional growth projects for clients ranging from scale-ups to established brands. You’ll conduct in-depth audits, facilitate ideation sessions, map full-funnel journeys and design strategies that stick. You’ll work with a talented team of growth marketers, automation experts and designers and coach them along the way.

Your work will shape both client results and the evolution of our Stretch Method.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic growth audits, roadmaps, and full-funnel growth strategies
  • Conduct market analysis, map customer journeys, benchmark performance
  • Prioritize and plan high-impact experiments using our RICE model
  • Translate experiment results & data into scalable growth engines across channels
  • Facilitate ideation workshops with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage scope, budget, and timeline via Productive
  • Lead client meetings and present insights with clarity and conviction
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge
  • Spot upsell opportunities and support in proposal development  

Skills

  • 5+ years experience in growth, digital strategy, or performance marketing
  • A strategic mindset and a hands-on attitude
  • Proven experience leading project teams, holding people accountable for deadlines and quality
  • Strong presentation skills: you can turn complex data into clear slides and actionable strategies
  • Strong analytical skills: CLV, CAC, ROI modeling, Pirate Funnel logic
  • Excellent communication skills: you can simplify the complex
  • Experience with tools like GA4, HubSpot, Clarity, Meta/Google Ads, Excel
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Fluency in Dutch & English (French is a plus)
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
