Go-to-Market AI Engineer

In this role, you’ll create and implement AI-driven solutions that support our business development, innovation, and growth hacking teams.

Overview

As a Go-to-Market AI Engineer, you will design and implement AI-driven solutions that accelerate Stretch’s internal growth and innovation. You’ll work on growth hacking experiments powered by AI and shape autonomous marketing strategies, helping us move faster, smarter, and more creatively.

From predictive lead scoring models to content generation tools, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to bring ideas to life, experimenting, learning, proposing new initiatives, and making a visible impact while working autonomously.

Responsibilities

Develop AI-driven workflows to support campaign targeting, content ideation, and strategic decision-making

Identify and evaluate new opportunities where AI can drive internal growth

Work closely with business development, innovation, and growth hacking teams to translate ideas into AI-powered solutions

Monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize the performance of AI models and tools

Stay on top of emerging AI trends and proactively suggest improvements

Ensure data privacy, transparency, and ethical AI practices

Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field or equivalent practical experience

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, with hands-on experience using Python and AI platforms

Ability to build and work with low-code/no-code AI platforms where relevant.

Experience with digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth hacking is a strong advantage

Curious, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in an experimental environment.

Strong analytical and communication skills: you translate technical insights into clear business value

Fluent in Dutch and English
